• From the candidate personally, either by direct communication, email or phone, or from resumes and documents supplied by applicants
• From referees supplied by candidates, either by direct communication or via email
Who is the information disclosed to
Information will be disclosed to Origin Alliance staff to assist us in the recruitment process. Information may also be disclosed to government bodies or governing authorities if required by law. Information may also be disclosed to financial institutions or superannuation funds in regards to payment of salary, wages or benefits.
How information is stored and secured
Personal information is stored either in hardcopy or electronically. This information is only available to staff at Origin Alliance so that they can perform their employee duties. All reasonable efforts are made in the securing of personal information.
Accessing and correcting your information
Candidates have the right and opportunity to access their personal information at Origin Alliance, subject to some exclusions allowed by law. They also have the right to request the removal and return of their personal information from Origin Alliance.
Your rights as a candidate
Origin Alliance does not and will not engage in misleading or deceptive conduct during the recruitment process. If you believe that Origin Alliance has acted inappropriately you may contact the Department of Fair Trading.
